ACH Education for Tellers, Teller Supervisors, Retail, and Customer Service Personnel

Your frontline staff is the face of your organization and the first point of contact for your account holders.  As such, it is important that they're able to answer questions while providing excellent customer service.  Many questions frontline staff receive relate to the ACH network and, because of this, they should be able to understand and explain basic aspects of it.
