Regulation Curriculum

This session reviews Regulation CC. Part of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Reg CC provisions will be discussed in some detail. The 2018 and 2019 changes will be covered in detail. Scenarios will be used to illustrate key warranties and how breach of warranty situations may be handled.
